We celebrated Norway’s Constitution Day on May 17th with thousands of others in downtown Oslo, joining the masses in watching the schoolchildren march past the royal palace where the royal family waves at the public for 3+ hours.
The kids were amazed at how many people filled the streets, and felt right at home.
Just imagine an entire city dressed to the nines in their Sunday best, with everyone pulling out their traditional costumes for the occasion.
Ice cream and hot dogs are a must-eat, of course.
As is a little snooze in the stroller, if you’re little.
